This policy explains how the overarch.ai website handles information. Overarch is a product studio; each of our products has its own privacy policy that governs data inside that app or service.
What this covers
This policy applies only to the marketing website at overarch.ai. It does not cover our products. For how those handle your data, see each product's own policy:

What we collect on this site
overarch.ai has no accounts and no sign-up. We run no advertising, and we never sell your personal data. Apart from the StatCounter and Google Analytics services described below, everything is handled on our own server.
Like any website, our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and time of request), used only to operate and protect the site.
The contact form
If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you enter. We use them only to reply and follow up on your enquiry. Submissions are stored on our own server and emailed to us; they are not shared with any third party. Prefer not to use the form? Email info@overarch.ai directly instead.
Analytics
We run our own privacy-first, cookieless analytics to understand which pages and products get attention. It records page views, the referring site, and screen width. It sets no cookies and does not track you across sites. To count unique visitors without cookies, it derives a daily, one-way hash from your IP address and browser that cannot be reversed to identify you and is not linked across days. This data stays on our server.
We also use StatCounter, a third-party web analytics service, to measure traffic. It uses cookies to tell new visitors from returning ones and records information such as your IP address, browser and device type, screen resolution, the referring page, and the pages you view. That data is processed by StatCounter under its own privacy policy.
We also use Google Analytics, a service from Google, to understand how visitors find and use the site. It records the pages you view, the referring site, browser and device type, screen size and approximate location, and uses cookies to tell repeat visits apart. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses. We have turned off Google signals and ad personalization, so this data is not used for advertising. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal, we skip all three kinds of analytics. Google Analytics also doesn’t load when your browser sends Global Privacy Control.
